December 19 marks another trip around the sun for our beloved Tina.
Under the Wittefini umbrella, she’s our stylist and producer. In our home and at work, she’s our light, our joy, and clearly the strongest, clearest winner for positive attitude, level-headed thinking, client-first relationship builder, head-spinning grace and beautiful style.
Our cup overflows with Tina’s alluring and approachable personality.
I love that what is immediately obvious about Tina is her happy excitability. I have said, and will repeat a million times, that Nathan Lane studied Tina’s bubbling personality at great length to inform his approach to his character in the Bird Cage (1996).
Those who meet her overwhelmingly agree that their lives are improved and joy ameliorated by having her in their lives, their personal spaces, their living rooms and at their dining tables.
The level of respect and pride I hold for Tina is infinite and incalculable. There are moments when I’m with her when I long desperately to have known her mom, who was taken away too young and before I met Tina. But surely if Tina is one iota like her mom, she must have been a glorious human to be around, and she’d be riddled with pride for her accomplished, creative, and elegantly great daughter.
Let’s all raise a glass to celebrate Tina. Stop what you’re doing and go pour some kombucha, or an adult beverage, or bubble beverage, whatever makes you feel the party mood, and cheers to Tina.
For she’s a jolly good bed fellow.
Oh my GOD, I can’t believe I just wrote that.
But clink clink! We’re all so so so lucky to have her in our lives.
